Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Styllo facilitates payments securely via Razorpay. We guarantee a transparent refund process for all valid requests.

2. Eligible Cancellations

Refunds will be granted automatically under the following conditions:

• The salon cancels or is unable to provide the booked service.
• You cancel your appointment at least 4 hours before the scheduled time slot.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source. Processing typically takes 3 to 7 business days, strictly depending on your banking institution. Once the refund is successfully initiated from Razorpay, we'll send you an automated reference ID.
